News..
Well not alot of news really hehehe! We've been just relaxing alot and Roberta had some fun shopping for shoes, women love shoes for some reason. For me a pair of sneakers is more than good enough but women have to have a pair for every day of the month. Oh we bought a playstation too, we didnt bother getting a playstation 2 as we dont really have alot of time for playing games but it was cheap and we bought to pass the time instead of renting dvds. So now Roberta gets to play Silent Hill, my kids completed it ages ago but its still a classic game, pisses me off all that running around but still got lots of good moments in it.
The new Star Wars film opens here this weekend i think, we wont bother going though for at least a week as the cinema will be packed full of screaming teenagers. Brasilians have no idea how idea how to behave in a cinema, they scream and make these stupid noises all the way throuth the movie and are always fucking around with their cell phones. Why pay R$15 to see a film if they wanna play and spoil it for everyone else? Maybe thats it, they just like ruining it for others. Probably we will get the film on pirate anyway, the new film has been online for the last few days in the fils sharing networks. We will wait for it to hit the pirate dvds and then just pay R$5 for it so Robertas cousins can watch it too. We will see it on the big screen later though as nothing beats watching a film on the big screen..
Prison..
My students told me over the last few days that they are going to the prisons, you wont belive what they are going for though, they are going to make the prisoners breakfast. Remembering that in Brasil most people get away with small crimes and that only really fucking serious criminals are locked away in the prisons you might be asking yourselves why they would wanna go and do this thing. I asked my students this very same question - these people are locked away for murder, robbery, violence, rape, child molesting and abuse (All sorts of vile crap that you can think of) so why are you going to make breakfast for them? Their answer was with a BIG smile all over their faces - We get two points on our final grade. I asked them how they would feel if they were a member of a family who`s son or daughter of family had suffered at the hands of these criminals but they shrugged it off as though its nothing. I learned alot from just this one conversation about some of my students, i was saddened to see that for them nothing mattered only themselves and that if people had to suffer no matter how badly for them to benefit from it them so be it. I find it sad that at 14-16yrs old they really dont give a shit, hey they`ll probably swap stories while eating their bread, ham and cheese, nothing like dicussing how to sexually abuse and rape kids with your coffee right? It makes me wonder how a person could become like this, not to give a shit about anyone just to get a couple of points on a grade that they honestly dont give a toss about. Luckily my own children were raised to see things in a different way but for these ones nothing can be done.

Finally the final Star Wars film has arrived, i`ll go with Roberta to see it as online they say its not as big a flop at the 2nd film. Although the film hasnt hit the screen yet online there are already copies of the film script and if you wanna read it and find out what happens beforehand you can use the link below okay?
