Dont you just love being awake at 7.30 in the morning? lol

Man you wouldnt believe how much coffee is going to be needed to get me going this morning lol. Just kidding, im awake and hiding in the teachers area until the class starts in about fifteen minutes. As usual we have to suffer the most untrained of the secretaries so you can imagine what sort of day i have to put up with here cant you? Thank god the end of the semester will be here soon, then i just have to do some standby hours and finally get some rest.I dread to think what will go wrong this morning, maybe the secretary has decided to try to get on the ball but i really doubt this. I dont understand why the school on saturdays has to have a trainee secretary when the directors of the school arent here to help sort out all the problems that she will create in just the first thirty minutes.. It can only get worse, mark my words..

This afternoon i think that i am going to visit the cinema as i wanna see the Freddy Vs Jason film and i wont bother going to the school party as i have no one to go with plus it starts at some ridiculous time at night too (11pm) so this would make it very hard for me to get home in the morning or whenever this party ends. Also i can always find someone to o to the cinema with where as parties people always get the wrong idea and think its this huge date or that now i have taken them somewhere they are going to return to England with what they see as a very rich person lol. It sounds funny but trust me you would soon get tired of hearing it, just as i have :-( Its a little sad when people only see you as a walking pile of money just because i used to live in a 1st world country

This morning i have some video clips to show my TT2 students, we tried to wach them a couple of weeks ago but the cd didnt work properly so i had it re-recorded and some new stuff added as well so hopefully later on they will finally get to see the famous Jim Carey Clip that all of the students really love watching lol. I am getting some more made up to with some stuff from England that i can use in the conversation classes, should be alot of fun :-)

A big hi here from UEG

I'm hiding out here at the moment in the lab at UEG in Formosa. I missed the bus back to planaltina and had to come here to find out if any of my students could drop me off in planaltina later on tonite as the next bus will be very late and walking through estancia at that late time isnt my idea of good fun lol. Still i got to join in this really good class presentation about teaching english with games that was excellent :-)

I did conversation class this afternoon which went down okay, i'll be happy when all the exams are over at the schools as i will have more students to play around with lol. We did some clips and other stuff and the played the Hot Seat Game for a while too :-) I have a few new ideas to try out as well, im not sure exactly how i am going to get them done but will work on it a little over the weekend and then see if they can be done or not lol. I like to give conversation class alot and i like the students that i give class to as well as they like to have alot of fun, are any of you guys reading this? lol

I dont think i will go to the school halloween party as its very late at night and i have no way to get back home. Also i have no one to go with so for me to be among alot of drunken people when i dont drink will not really be alot of fun will it? I will get to hear all about it though from the students i guess on monday or tuesday and hear all the wonderful stories about people getting drunk and vomiting everywhere lol. My weekend will be spent at the cinema all on my own.. the story of my life at the moment hahahahaha :-) I will go and see Freddy Vs Jason as i tihnk it'll be fun to watch a horror film just for a change. The new Matrix film though i will see in a week or so when there arent so many people going to see it just so i can find out what happens at the end of the trilogy :-) Going to the cinema is my number one pastime now, there isnt anything decent to do in Planaltina at the weekends lol

Ive been trying to view my weblog but i cant get the tagboard to load for some reason. I dont know if that is because of any software that they have here to protect the system. I'll try again tomorrow from the school in Sobradinho and read my new stuff there

I think i have finally managed to find somewhere for me to use the webcam with my students on Formosa too, i'll check it out properly later in the week if i get time and see if i can find people who wanna talk with my group so they can have some fun with the camera and practicing their english at the same time. I think this will be a good experience for them and they will have a lot of fun at the same time. More on this as soon as i have some news okay? :-)

Okay time to post and get my arse over to the car-park and see if we can get to the school before the end of the PTA meeting although i think that by the time i get picked up it will be too late :-( Until next post okay?...

In need of alot of coffee here ;-)

God i need coffee, gallons of it lol. I have been teaching sonce this morning and now my batteries are getting a little low. coffee or coca cola is needed right about now to wake me up hahahaha :-)

Im just taking a quick break from searching online for places where i can use a webcam with my Formosa students so they can try talking with other people around the world. I have to find somewhere that the time difference wont be too great too with the times changing here and also in the other countries as well. I found a couple that i will check out later on or when i am in formosa to give class on friday. I think we can use it to have alot of fun once i can find a place that we can get setup on :-) I will use the camera to get some still photos of the conversation group as well so you guys can see them, they might be a little shy so ill just suprise them lol

The school halloween party is this weekend, i dont think i will go though as i have no one to go with :-( Then again i will decide for definate on friday afternoon and see how i feel. I might just go to the movies instead as being around drunken people all trying to pick up other drunken people isnt really very nice for me as i dont drink so the movies will probably be the better choice lol. Maybe i will go see Freddy Vs Jason as its a late night preview if i can find someway to get back home late at night without being shot, mugged raped or killed.. hmm the rape part could be interesting though if its with females desperately wanting my body....Hmmm enough of that i think lol

Hopefully my brother will send me some new cds this week from the UK, some free linux stuff that he downloaded from the internet, i am curious to see what programs he has got for me to play with lol. The linux he got a friend to download for him with asdl as its a big download lol. now i just have to get a new computer to use it on lol

Okay time to get back to my searching around.. im outta here :-)
