Pizza Day..

Today its pizza day!!! Roberta and i were planning on having pizza this week and now my MEC students are planning to have pizza after class so i dont have to order as they will do it all for me hahaha!! I have to make sure that they order Robertas fav pizza though, chicken and cheese in english ;-)I'm getting hungry just thinking about it lol

This afternoon the old secretary Ellen arrived here, i never speak to her. I couldnt stand her when she was employed here and still cant now and shes been left months hahaha!!! One of those Im better than anyone type people, you know the sort right? With a bit of luck she will fall into a river or something, i think everyone would throw a party..

I have conversation class later on, i have no idea what i am going to do with them yet lol. Maybe i'll just let them talk general stuff this time as i have been force feeding them with new vocabulary for a couple of weeks lol. They love to speak though which is great as it makes my 90 minutes pass really quick.

I've been playing with the profile tags but cant get them to work properly. Everytime i try to add the smart tag i cant see how to alter all of the settings for it. I will have to ask around and see if i can find someone who might know what i have to do to make it appear the same as the rest of my fonts etc on this site. It seems to have some default setting and i tried setting up some css tags for it but couldnt get it to work :-( Oh well. just have to keep trying wont i? hahaha!!

Im in need of a vacation!!!

Man i cant wait for the end of the semester to arrive so i can have some time to go on vacation lol. This second half of the semester is getting worse and worse as the teachers wont talk to the secretaries and also some of the students too. Still many times people have asked for this problem to be sorted out and many times nothing gets done. I wonder how long its going to be before this problem is big enough to crash the school?

This afternoon i have to prepare some stuff for one of my students who is going to jump groups to study in the final group next semester. His group has no challenge for him as the other students are really lazy and just want someone to carry them all of the time. I recommended to his father that he jumps a level so that he can study with people who are learning at the same speed he does and he seemed really happy that his son was doing so well in his english course :-). The group hes in now though might not have enough students to carry on the group next semester but then thats not my problem is it? I dropped a load of stuff at the photocopy store for them to do for me, stuff for him and also extra activities for my MEC groups too :-) It'll give them something interesting to do for a couple of hours when they get home tonite :-)

I was hoping that my brothers package would arrive this week or maybe the beginning of the next for me. It has some new cds and stuff for me from the UK, stuff that i can use in my groups, cds of clips and music that i can generate the lyrics for. The sooner it gets here the sooner i can use it :-)

Well time to go start preparing some more stuff, i have to get it all done so that i can take it to Taguatinga and get it printed off on Saturday..
