Live8..

So Live8 countdown has started, all for a good cause but with so many losers clinging all over it. Just look at Paul Macartney, a prick if ever i saw one. Hes always hanging around whenever anything big happens but not because hes a big star anymore but just so he can try to become more famous than the undoubted leader of the beatles John Lennon. The papers were full of the story that he wants to have his name in front of Lennon's on all future cds released which caused a backlash as the British public accused him of trying to erase Lennon completely. After all it was Lennon that provided the Beatles with most of their top selling (and poor) songs. I think they should have replaced him with someone who really draws crowds like iron maiden for example, who packed a quarter of a million fans into a concert in Rio, Brasil. And Elton john, who would wanna suffer him with all of his recent temper tantrums? Not a week goes by without him complaining about something, just in the ews online today theres something about him throwing a wobbly yet again. Maybe Geldof needs to try getting some real talent out on the stages instead of these exposure hungry money grabbers. Still i guess its all in a good cause for Africa right?

I think to really help Africa though we should have a shoot a Catholic priest day. just think of all those people who would be free from Aids if we took away this outdated churches rediculous policies? Plus people there could spend their money on something worthwhile instead of filling some fucking greedy priests pockets so they can buy a new car etc. Maybe we should try sponsering other religions that promote good religious feelings all the time. After all who wants to be told they have to pay money for sins commited by catholic priests so that we can go to heaven, and that we also have to feel bad about ourselves at the same time too. I like my life, i like who i am and how my life is and i wont have some fucking arsehole in a dress calling himself a spiritual leader telling me i should feel terrible about being me and having to pay for this too! I'd like to see the pope turning over all that money his company has made from dirt poor africans so truely good people like Nelson Mandela can use it to put right all the bad things that the Catholic church has commited, just think how many millions they have made from peoples misery. Best bet, someone drops a nuclear weapon on the vatican and does the whole world a favor..

LiveAid..

You see in the news that Rome is having a lot of problems getting people to support the new liveaid concerts. Not surprising really as its where the Catholic church is based. You all know they dont wanna see all those poor Africans getting back on their feet so they dont have to fill up the churches coffers with cash for their dreams that the rest of the world is now going to give to them. Just think with numbers falling like dominoes in Europe, africa is sure to follow too. On top of that the Catholic church is having less and less say in the lives of real people with Spain voting to permit Same sex marriages over the objections of church leaders. Well done Spain!! Its nice to see that people are waking up, waking to the possibility of a life free from Catholic bullshit and full of hope and dreams. We can only wait now and see how many other countries will pick up the slack and also legalize same sex marriages. After all these people arent just going to go away, and why should they, they are just as much a part of our society as everyone else right? I dont think that too many people will be listening to kiddie molesting priests soon and the life will become alot easier and smoother for the rest of us..

ID..

I'm 83-years-old, served five years in the forces during World War 2, did 38 years as a statutory officer and am now being told I may have to carry an ID Card. Has my freedon completely gone now? Why did I spend my working life for the good of England? ID cards won't work! The counterfeit ones will be on the market much cheaper before Blair/Brown and their crowd issue them for whatever they will cost.

Look at this babbling bullshit, these people didnt fight for me or my rights as i wasnt even born then. In England these old farts always go on about fighting in wars for rights etc but for me it wouldnt have made any difference who controled the UK when i was born. And now the government wants to bring in something useful and they wanna tread all over it without giving it a chance. Here in Brasil we have id cards, for me its a blessing, i couldnt do half the things i can now if i didnt have this card, especially being a foreigner. I can just show the card and most things just get done straight away, no messing to buy something with credit, in the bank many things get done faster, more security for me as no one can use my card as its just for me and me alone. Copying it wont work as its not even like a normal Brasilian one. For me this ID card is great, in the UK it would make things simpler too if only they wouldnt let it happen. Why is it that people are so afraid of change? Sometimes i wonder what people are thinking when they say shit like this..
