Tired..

Man im getting tired now, giving tests all day is so boring. One of my students was telling me that while i was giving oral tests about the MEC lit book the coordinator was pulling faces because i asked them if they enjoyed reading the book or not. Hmmm I dont get that but then again a coordinator doesnt really have the same contact as a teacher does with students so she probably didnt understand the reason for asking such a simple question. I think that teachers become close with their students and that although the quesion is simple the significance of it gets lost on someone who isnt as intimate. The idea of the question is.. To let the students express their real feelings about reading the book they had to study in the semester, it doesnt matter whether they actually liked it or not, i just let them have the chance to say how they felt about the book and what they understood if the story had a hidden meaning. Now its easy to see why the coordinator has an office, so they can stay out of the way while the teachers get down to the real nitty gritty hahaha!

There is going to be a party here at Tag today but we wont go. The students here told me about how violent this city is becoming at nite so Roberta and I wont travel all this way to try going home again at 1 or 2am. Tomorrow we will hit the farm and spend the day relaxing there, itll be nice whether it rains or not just to get into the open air and relax.

Hmmm my students are already arriving, good as i can finish the tests and get out of here early, thank god!

Bitch..

Worker Fired for Selling Queen's Pudding on EBay

A worker at Britain's Buckingham Palace has been sacked for trying to sell a Christmas pudding gift from Queen Elizabeth on an Internet auction site.

Ben Church, 25, who worked as a property administrator at the palace, was dismissed after royal officials learned he had put the pudding from luxury food store Fortnum & Mason for sale on eBay, the Daily Mirror reported Friday.

A palace spokeswoman confirmed that an employee had faced disciplinary action over a Christmas pudding.

"Someone was dismissed but we are not giving out further details," she said, adding it was a tradition of the queen to give every member of staff a pudding as a Christmas present.

The Mirror said the 6.25 pound ($12.18) pudding, which went on sale for 20 pounds, was a spare as Church had not been given one himself as he had not worked at the palace long enough.

An unnamed source told the paper Church had been sacked for committing a "security breach."

"It's really mean and petty to sack him so close to Christmas, all for the sake of a pudding," the source said.

This just goes to show what a total bitch the Queen of england is. what sort of person sacks someone for doing basically nothing at Xmas time? Its easy to see now why more and more people are turned off from the Royal Family, why more and more people want to see an end to this embarrassment to our country. I think we should take control of all their Money etc and use it to give poor people and children in the UK a better standard of life. the sooner she passes away i think the better but it would be even better if the whole building fell down with them in it. for too long the British people have suffered the Royal Family with their higher than mighty attitude towards people, the same people who's taxes keep them in a life if luxury while children and old people in the UK suffer from lack of help. I think Tony blair should do the right thing and disband the whole family and see how they like it stuck on the dole which no real income and see how they like it. Then they wouldnt be so quick so fire someone for something as petty as this. After all you can bet it was just some cheap and nasty pudding they got from some discount store and covered over to make it look more impressive..

Sad..

Robbers Lift ATM from Firefighters' Hospital

In crime-ridden Rio de Janeiro, even sick firefighters are fair game for crooks.

A gang of criminals armed with assault rifles and grenades raided the Fire Brigade Hospital in Rio to steal an automated teller machine containing $10,000 on Wednesday night.

Some arrived at the hospital in a car at night pretending they had a sick person needing urgent attention with them. They overpowered guards and let in a van carrying their accomplices, officials said on Thursday.

They used sledge hammers and a blow torch to remove the ATM and also stole cellular phones and personal objects from staff. The robbers exchanged gunfire with police as they drove away but nobody was hurt in the shoot-out.

"We had already been planning to remove the ATM from the hospital as such things only attract criminals, posing risks for the people inside," fire brigade spokesman Col. Ronie de Souza said, adding that 40 patients were in the hospital.

"I believe the criminals knew about the plan."

New..

Well yesterday was a busy day as Roberta and I visited CCAA Formosa to talk with Eliana the director about a job they had for me. They had some groups for me to teach there and for me this is great as i like to teach the conversation classes alot there. This coming semester i will give class there but not move there until after the next semester as i have obligations that must be finalized at the other schools and then Roberta and I will move to Formosa full time. I like teaching at the different schools but it will be better for both me and Roberta once i am established at just one school as it will be easier for me to organize and also for Roberta to start her studying for entering a university. Itll be an exciting time next semester although i will be a little nervous too, with moving cities and also the two of us moving in together too.

Im just reading here about the Queen sacking someone for selling a xmas pud. Man, she is one cold hearted bitch. But then the british people already knew this and this is just one more example of why we should disband the royal Family before we become the laughing stock of the modern civilized world. I'd like to see her thrown into the street on income support and abandoned just as the Royal Family allows to happen to many people in the UK every year

My student Nancy is here asking if i wanna go join in the party they are going to have to celebrate the end of the semester so i had better go before they eat everything hahaha..
